To make innovation happen, getting your internal stakeholders excited is critical to project success. At the same time, time and resources are precious and should be channelled as much as possible into customer facing activities.
Within those constraints, we needed to create a sense of the customer experience we were creating for an internal AMP event.
Using low cost materials and clever environment design, we were able to give people a taste of the future. We informed and engaged key staff members with the facts and feelings they needed to deliver with conviction and passion.
