With an early start in direct marketing and customer relationship management, Mark has a broad range of experience across Airlines, Financial Services, Loyalty, Retail, Technology and Telco.

Colin began career as a McKinsey analyst, and has led Strategy teams for M&C Saatchi in South Africa, Malaysia and Australia.

He has extensive experience in Financial Services,

Kon Marinis

Kon’s entrepreneurial flare combined with his design skills is rare in the industry: innovation, interior design, industrial design, environment design, hospitality, brand, digital, retail, product integration and comms.

Over 20 years experience he has directed transformation for the likes of Hillross, Muffin Break, Raine & Horne and AMP.


Arron Child

Arron has collaborated with some of the top neuroscience experts in the world. He has worked on multiple award winning campaigns; ‘The Random Adventures of Brandon Generator’, Windows Phone NME Partnership. Arron was a Marketing Society Young Marketer of the Year Finalist, Marketing Week Rising Star Finalist and Marketing Academy graduate.

He delved into neuroscience to understand how the subconscious impacts decision making, how memory is encoded and the role the senses play.

Rodina Tabnak

Rodina’s skill set crosses over the vast spectrum of visual communication. Throughout her career she has delivered highly conceptual projects in print, interiors, fashion and digital. Being an image maker and a stylist is both a passion and a mandatory part of her world.

Believing that meaning feeds aesthetics and never settling for a ‘go to solution’.

Rodina has design directed projects for QIC, R.M.Williams, ALDI, Best & Less and Amore Pacific.

Jaime’s true passion is digital innovation, developing intuitive ways for technology to enhance human interactions and experiences.

He began his career in corporate finance but truly found his home in a more creative environment.
He’s previously worked for Vice magazine London, ING Amsterdam and some of Australia’s largest finance, government, retail, liquor and automotive brands.

Lien Bui

Lien Bui graduated from Architecture at the University of Technology, Sydney with first class honours following the completion of her degree in Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine), from RMIT University.

Lien has honed her skills in hospitality & retail with practices like Burley Katon Halliday and Loop Creative. Past projects have included Joe Bananas, QVB; Cota, Strand Arcade; Parilla, Avalon.

Maddison has a multidisciplinary skill set in innovation, human-centered design, marketing and management.

A graduate of Enmore Design Centre, Jiselle is a meticulous designer with a broad skills base. She adds value at every stage of the job cycle, producing elegant work that often solves complex problems. Her experience includes work on AMP, NBN, Bauer Media, V8 Supercars, and Medibank.
